Firle Place is a magnifecent Tudor mansion in the heart of the breathtaking East Sussex countryside. The house has been home to the Gage family since its construction in 1473, and it is from the family that the greengage takes its name. The house is an untainted testament to the family's long and courful history, but has in recent years played host to weddings, corporate functions, equine events and numerous film production companies.
